Exposure: 10 years, 4 months with Deportation to El Salvador. This case arises out of an attempted murder investigation where LAPD investigating officers believed that my client was the shot caller for the murder. LAPD arrested my client with the stated purpose to squeeze him to give up the shooter or they would seek state prison time and make sure my client would be deported to El Salvador.
RESULTS:
All charges dismissed after a preliminary hearing and granting of extensive 995 written motion to dismiss for insufficient evidence.
