Trial Court Judge Praises Jury Trial Skills Of Criminal Trial Attorney Tom R. Medrano In Complex White Collar Crime Case

On September 9, 2014, the Honorable Robert C. Vanderet issued a written opinion denying defendant David Simard’s Motion for a New Trial. However, in his opinion, Trial Judge Vanderet praised the jury trial skills demonstrated by Trial Attorney Tom R. Medrano in his representation of co-defendant Michael Doran during the two week jury trial.
