We understand a competent and experienced criminal defense attorney like Tom Medrano, an AV Preeminent 5.0 out of 5.0 attorney, may not always be within your planned budget.  Thankfully, there are now available options to meet your emergency financial needs.  We now offer a referral to a third-party lender, eFinancing Solutions, who can provide third-party lending options for people with any credit rating.  eFinancial Solutions offers “a soft credit check” which does not affect your credit score.  People with appropriate credit scores can obtain credit terms from 1 to 5 years for amounts from $500 to $25,000 or more on approved credit.  Credit approval is generally fast – within 2-24 hours.  Anyone can apply – the client and/or other co-signor(s).  Funds are disbursed to you within 3-4 days. Upon receipt of funds from the loan applicant(s), the Law Office of Tom Medrano will immediately proceed with client representation.
